Xobo primarily provides digital services including AI-powered automation tools, chatbots, CRM systems, campaign management, analytics, and communication solutions. Since most offerings are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved.

Access to services is delivered electronically through your registered account or authorized integrations immediately or within the timeline specified at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery of Services

Once payment is successfully completed:

• Access to digital services is activated via your Xobo account
• Setup instructions, onboarding, or integration details may be provided via email or dashboard
• In case of custom enterprise solutions, delivery timelines may vary based on project scope

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by users or third-party service disruptions.

3. Subscription and Billing

Certain Xobo services operate on a subscription basis (monthly, yearly, or usage-based). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Users are responsible for ensuring timely cancellation if they do not wish to continue the service.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.

• Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle
• Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused time unless stated otherwise

5. Refund Policy

As Xobo provides digital services and software-based solutions, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made in error
• Technical failure preventing access to the service from our side
• Billing errors caused by Xobo

All refund requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of the transaction date (depending on applicable policy at the time of purchase) and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Free Trials and Promotions

If Xobo offers free trials or promotional access:

• No charges will be applied during the trial period
• Users may cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing
• Refunds are not applicable for free trial usage

7. Third-Party Payments

Xobo may use third-party payment gateways to process transactions. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or issues caused by payment processors, banks, or financial institutions.

8. Service Downtime

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

Such downtime does not qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated in a service-level agreement (SLA).

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in suspension or termination of your account. We encourage users to resolve billing disputes directly with us for faster resolution.
