Cancellation Policy
At Flickkit Infocorp Private Limited, we strive to provide the best software solutions and services to our clients. Subscriptions can be canceled within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted within this 7-day window. Beyond 7 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no cancellations will be accepted for that period.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our SaaS products, we generally do not offer refunds for payments already processed. If you cancel within the allowed 7-day window, you may be eligible for a refund, granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Flickkit Infocorp Private Limited.
Wallet Balance Non-Refundable: Please note that any amount added to your XOBO Wallet (used for WhatsApp utility and marketing messaging charges) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Modifications to Subscription
You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. If you choose to upgrade, the prorated difference will be charged immediately. If you downgrade, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time on the higher plan.
