Flickkit Infocorp Private Limited provides XOBO as a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Because our products and services are entirely digital, there is no physical shipping or delivery of tangible goods involved.
Account Activation & Provisioning
Upon successful payment and registration for a subscription plan, your account will be provisioned immediately. You will receive a welcome email at your registered email address containing your login credentials, dashboard access link, and instructions on how to get started.
✨Access to all included features (such as WhatsApp marketing, analytics, referral campaigns, and loyalty programs) is activated instantly, allowing you to begin using our platform without any delay.
Service Availability
Our digital services are accessible globally through standard modern web browsers. In the rare event of a temporary service disruption or infrastructure maintenance, our engineering team works diligently to restore delivery of the digital service as quickly as possible. We do not provide physical copies, USB drives, or offline installation media for our software.
Hardware Integration
If you choose to integrate XOBO with third-party hardware (such as POS machines or receipt printers at your restaurant or retail store), please note that Flickkit Infocorp Private Limited does not supply, ship, or deliver hardware devices. Hardware must be procured separately by the business owner.
